What Does A "Good Guy" Actually Mean??

It's generic vernacular used in referrence to any male who is not particularly an asshole, but not particularly unique or significant, like an average joe you won't remember for anything special to characterize him as, so you just say "he's a good guy".

That, or it's used to be polite. Like people who meets Iwin will probably say "he's a good guy", but are really thinking "what a douche".

Or EI, "psycho".

Or paco, "wannabe".

Or bobby, "retard".

Easier and avoids confrontation to universally call everyone a "good guy".
