need advice on a scam exposure
ok heres the deal I dont want to mention the name of the handicapping service because of whats happening but im sure once i explain the situation someone will recognize who it is just please dont mention their name just yet until i know how to go about it. This is the only place I could think of to ask for help so anyones input would help tremendously.
Basically whats happening is a close friend of mine purchased this years mlb season package with a certain handicapping service who appeared to be legit.Their record was supposedly monitored and they keep an updated record of their plays for the last year on their website which looked real good in mlb;too good to be true which shouldve thrown up a red flag but oh well.
So he bought the package and it was horrible. They had their days but most of them were losers. But at the time everything looked legit, they were posting all their plays and updating the wins and losses the next morning. Then he scrolled a couple pages back and noticed almost all the losses were gone.they changed it to make it look like theyre some stellar service with only a couple losses a week.So he started copying all the pages of the real records then copied the pages of the altered record.
But what else can he do?
he lost a lot of money with these people not to mention the price of the season package.
hes steadily gathering proof but what are they going to tell him when he steps forward demanding his money?
is there someone he can contact or something he can do to help his situation?
he already knows about all of the shouldves i took care of that what i need is help or advice something anything would be a lot of help if anyone has any suggestions that would be very appreciated
    thank you
