The last NINE Phils games and 11 out of 12 have gone under the total. Time to fade this. Suspect pitching matchup and the Phils lineup is going to start hitting again tonight after being embarrased last night. Their lineup is too potent not to. I don't trust their bullpen and I could see this as a Phils loss, but take the over 8 1/2 tonight!
