I think my IP must be in a block of IP's that are being blocked from this site. seems ip address's from cox.net beginning w/ 68. are being blocked.. why?

I can access using a proxy server and other cox ip address's that begin w/ 66. but can't connect w/ a 68. ip address

I can only get on the mobile sight. No problems with sbr dot com, just the forums

Tethering through my Iphone now, and no issues. Must have something to do with TWC blocking it on their end.
