in reality, it's no different than any other football game. we bet, and we win or lose. just because it's more important to the players doesn't mean it's more important to us...i think we get caught up in the media and focus too much and get too excited about these games...

Probably, but it's sort of like getting excited for Christmas. Anybody who is a big football fan, aside from just betting on the games, is usually pumped up for them. Unless you're a fan of the Dolphins or something.

Huh? Just like any other game?

The fact that it's more important to the players means that they are going to play to their full potential. This definetly has an effect on handicapping. On any given Sunday during the reg. season, you don't know how a team is going to show up, emotionally.

In the playoffs, you're getting everyones best, no matter what.

I like it because its all out 100%. You know reg season anything can happen and teams can take a game off. Not so in the playoffs.

I could care less. I've sucked dong at picking football this year and my team's out of it .. so I probably won't watch much except perhaps AFC CG and some of the Subpar Bowl
