If you open up the circuit board in the phone you can change the unbalanced weight position in the motor so it can vibrate more.

Yeah this is hard to do if you aren't an electronics technician.

How about putting the phone in an empty baby formula can so when it vibrates it will amplify the noise? You can clip the can to your belt.
