How Much Time Do You Put Into.....
....making your picks everyday. I've found myself looking over numbers for 2-3 hours a day. Is that the norm?

I'd say it's whatever works for you. Sometimes you see something and know to jump on it right away, and sometimes you make plays later in the week as you do more analysis.

10-15 minutes is all you need, it all comes down to luck anyway.

I used to sit and pick through numbers in football for hours. Now I glance at them try to find something that jumps out and also find games with significant emotional imbalances which takes less time and has proven more profitable.

I find myself getting up at 3:30 to 4:00 in the morning everyday now to scout the games and find SOMETHING. I normally crunch numbers until 6-7 o'clock or until I'm so sick of looking at them that I want to throw up. I have a good time doing it, but it gets exhausting after hour #2 is up.

Less than a minute for NFL/College Football, and it shows, I had a season ending score of 0 in the BTP contest, and still magaged to win a weekly $100. NBA maybe 2 minutes per wager, and I do a little better 54-41 so far this season in Best Bets NBA Forum.

Wagering is for entertainment purposes to me, so Im not going to bury myself with work. I own a business and thats enough work for me.

I'd say I study up about 5-6 hours a day. I start really early and usually start getting a feeling right before lunchtime.
