BetJamaica has the debit card thing. I think it costs $35 and a couple days to get set up. But then you can get your winnings instantly.
BetJamaica also sends checks (1 free per month) in 2 days.

I was going to recommend BetJamaica as well 2Pac. However, DacBietViet mentioned in a previous post that he is under 21 years of age. So BetJM isn't an option for him unfortunately.
Anyways, Usually you will receive a overnight Fedex check from WSEX anywhere from 2-4 days.Comment -
