what do you do when your in love with somebody and they lead you on and say they just want to be friends. But yet every time I see her we kiss hello and goodbye. And we talk on the phone at least a hour every night before bedtime. Been going on for 6 months.

Tell her you need her physically. If she says well no blah blah then tell her you will still be there for her if she changes her mind. And then be very short with her on future calls. See, she is getting what she needs from you which is a close friend to talk with all the time.
