BetJamaica screwed my Pro status

Deposited $100 Friday (have deposited well over $200 in the past). Made a few small bets and commenced to the casino and built my bankroll to over $200! Time to go Pro (I thought). Filled out my application while I had the $200 balance, then went back to the casino where I promptly lost it all. No problem right? I had $200 when I applied. WRONG.....BetJamaica's accounting doesn't keep a running balance, only have "sessions".

So.....I got screwed out of being a Pro, and now moderators have got to think I am either an idiot or a big fat liar.

After several attempts to get a straight answer via chat, I gave up.

Screw you BetJamaica....I will not be depositing with them anymore.

Sorry to hear that. I can understand your frustration. However.....BetJam is such a reliable book---and they pay as fast as anyone in the industry---I wouldn't let your SBR "pro status" get in the way of having such a reliable book to count on.

An unwritten rule at betjamaica- make sure you call them and ask them for a casino rebate!

Call them now, as you are supposed to ask for it on Monday mornings. Maybe they will do this one-time exception for you.

Playing the casino (especially longterm) is probably the equivalent of betting PK games that are -110, AT A LINE OF -300 or WORSE, EACH AND EVERY TIME!

The books can't control the outcomes of sporting events and its hard enough to win betting this already. Now trying to beat a casino that is run by computer software, who would win longterm? We all know the answer to that.
