best game in the house by far...well next to the sportsbook

lots of things have to be perfect for a BIG roll to go down

1. you MUST have a good crew (99% of craps dealers are there for one reason...to bad beat the table and make the seven come...there are various ways to do this...they can be very suttle about it...try to pick up on this before you start betting)

2. you MUST have people at the table who know the game (the last thing you want is some dolts at the table not knowing what they're doing i.e. having someone teach them the game and saying "when you roll a SEVEN you lose") saying the word "seven" around a craps table is DEATH

3. you MUST not play at a table with less than 4 people (if a table is cleared out there is a reason for that)

4. NEVER place those stupid match bet coupons on the table (something monkeyfocker would do ) as that is almost a sure fire way to bring a seven

5. NEVER play DONT PASS (anyone you see doing this is also doing it for a reason...and that reason would be they are a LOSER)

6. dont bet on EVERY shooter (evaluate and decide if the person shooting has ever went on a crap roll in their lifetime...a crap roll meaning they've held dice in their hands for more than 30 mins at one given time in their life) if they look like they've never rolled dice before DONT BET ON THEM...just stay out on their turn

7. ALWAYS and I do mean ALWAYS bet women shooters (they have no idea what they're doing and everything I mentioned above does NOT effect them as they're just thowing some dice on a table (the only exception would be if the woman is some tweeker with no teeth)


what you need to watch for...the most important thing...is something that the dealers...cocktail waitress(usually the waitress is ok but they can come and mess ur rhythm up asking you if you want a drink at the worst time)...pit boss...fellow player...is doing to try and bring the dreaded seven...as I stated earlier these could be suttle moves or blatant haterism

try this...approach a craps table and just evaluate...dont bet...cash in and get some chips so you can make everyone think you are there to bet (lurking over the table is bad luck) and during your evaluation when a seven comes see if you can catch something someone did that made a seven come...9 times out of 10 if your eyes are open you'll pick up on it...Ive seen certain stickmen brought on to a hot table and CLEAR the entire table out...are they bad luck>?....is it all superstition>?

believe nothing you hear and only half of what you see....Ive held dice in my hand for over a hour before....there is no feeling like it...women ready to have you bang them on the table...players tossing you chips for tips...pit bosses asking for your name to track your play

some will tell you gambling is nothing more than a math equation...others will tell you its a game of luck...you need to identify when someone around you is bad luck...believe it or not...the people around you (especially on a craps table) can effect YOUR luck...if you are surrounded by losers and haters no math equation will save you my friend

finding a good crew is half the battle...its a rarity but they're out there

Dont pass is the BEST bet on the craps table.. shooter/players dont like others betting that because you're actually rooting for a 7 after the point has been made(which has the best chance). If you're there to make money, dont pass/don't come is the best bet with full odds. If you want to have fun with players around you, play the pass line with 6 & 8 and just enjoy the night. and again as any table game, money management... dont go and bet half the bankroll on the first bet its a game of chance and luck

Craps is a really fun game with amazing vibe if you're with an energetic crowd behind you!! Its fast so dont go in a full crowed table and not know what to bet/when to bet and slow the game down. learn online before you get in and enjoy the night

edit: TIP the boxman/stickman! he will be nicer and often even let plays slide in your favor once in a while(ie: dice dont go all the way but he still counts it as a good roll)

Ive held dice in my hand at a casino before for over a hour (since you're one of the many proclaimed gambling scientists why dont you tell me what the math is on that?...the seven did come during my roll BUT it came at the right time i.e. comeout roll) anytime I shoot its over 70% that I at least break even...maybe its because I can tell when a table is cold or what not...maybe its the way I shoot the dice...who knows

I also broke some dolt in Lake Tahoe for about $10,000 betting DONT PASS against me

all hundred dollar bills across the table...so many you couldnt even see the hardway bets

You want a friend, or some comaraderie....... buy a dog. If you want to grind out a profit, don't pass is one of the best bets on the table. If you find a cold table, you can do quite well. Granted it is more fun banging a couple of points on the pass line, but either side is fine.

Ive seen guys place a few grand on roulette as well. I guess his luck ran out because he lost everything. Gambling is a game of luck, I know Im not stupid but its better to have a slight edge with math and betting on plays with a better % of winning than to pray for a miracle.

Don't worry I've seen the 'its all about luck' guy everywhere as well, they bet the parlays, they bet the 'pair square' on black jack, and they especially love blaming their losses on "horrible dealers, saying 7 at a craps table, bad shooters"

i played craps with bigboydan at the 2008 bash (at Fittzgerals) and made a small mint. Think I had the bones for 25-28 rolls. The lady before me had them alittle over 30 rolls.
