First, check if you've updated to the latest version of Firefox. If you have, then you need to delete your cookies and re-log in. They've tried to fix this but it seems to only be an issue for us Firefox users. This happens to me at least once every 36 hours or so.

When using Firefox, I can't reply to a thread. It comes up as an error message. No trouble loading pages. Using Explorer now and never have any problems.

surfing the sites on FF and links not responding??, clean out the cookies and manual refresh the page, always works for me.

I have this problem using Firefox all the time. As Richard just said, clear the cookies and you should be fine for a day or so.

I get this issue sometimes too, I am always able to clear it up simply by logging out and then Logging back in to Sbr.

I've had this problem too and they don't want to fix it. Switch to Chrome or IE.

This fixed the problem or of course just using IE, but logging out and then back in, I was able to load pages that were not working.

This kind of behavior is more visible whenever an update is patch in to the site code. The browser's temp files needs to be re-capture, hence a clean up is required to save and replace all new files into the pc.

There are a few documented issues with Vbulletin and firefox. Our issue of not being able to open threads every so often seems to be unique to SBRforum. We haven't been able to ID any specific conditions such as toolbars or certain add-ons or mozilla versions associated with it. We would appreciate anyone who is willing to let us troubleshoot with them.

If you run across a problem with Firefox
1) keep your browser where it is. Use a different browser if need be in the meantime.
2) Verify you are using the latest Firefox
3) call us or email forum@sbrforum.com with "firefox" in the subject. Provide best contact info.

Usually we knock out any bugs fast with the help of our beta testers but this one has been a head scratcher. Again, help is very much appreciated!
