I put the wager in at bookmaker. I used the other half of it on NE/Giants over 10 in 1Q which was a push. After I did not get my free play back I checked the rules and it says......

TIES LOSE

Once you use the Free-Play, the Free-Play money is gone, win or lose or tie.
