Strasburg Injured...Again

Strasburg pulled in the 5th inning tonight due to injury...strained flexor tendon in his right forearm according to Ray Knight on the Nats post game show.

Gonna get an MRI tomorrow, but I'd be surprised if they let him pitch again this year regardless of what the MRI shows.

Hope he doesn't become another Kerry Wood / Mark Prior.

Although tough to last as a power pitcher anymore, his mechanics are hard on his body not like many other natural throwers that have live arms. Kerry Wood was same way.
