Looking at renting a limo to get to/from the LAX for Friday night. Can someone steer me in the right direction. I usually book limos from the hotel desk but I know that's usually not cost effective.

You could always call one of the strip clubs and ask if one of their drivers could do it. Obviously they are there to service people back and forth from their club, but with the economy the way it is, they might do it. I took one leaving a club a couple years ago and it was very informal, there was no stated price he just asked to tip what I thought was fair. I have no experience booking limos from the hotel for comparison but this could be another option.Comment -

You don't have to reserve a limo in Vegas! There are limos for hire everywhere, talk to a bellhop he will steer you in the right direction, just don't forget to slip him a sawbuck. Also, just take a look in the hotels front drive, usually a couple limos (or Mercedes which I prefer rather than a limo if you don't have a group) waiting there. If you are really a stickler for planning, talk to a casino host or concierge they will set you up.

To and from LAX or Vegas? If its for Vegas just take a left at baggage claim, instead of the taxi stand to the right, and grab one of those limos at the limo stand. Way less hassle then pre arranging and looking for some dude with a sign who is no better than -150 to be there anyway.Comment -
