Was talking to Second Market today for a client who wanted to buy $2,500,000 in mortgage back securites and he got 45 cent on the dollar worth of the shit ,and as we finalized the deal I was like damn he's getting Maine ,and NewYork MBS for 45cents on the dollar .These are not even high default areas the Nevada securities are 14 cents on the dollar.
