Just to clarify, each week the pool would be divided between players with better units result then the prick, given that the units is positive. Is that roght? A 2-1-1 may beat the prick 3-1 if the double unit bet breaks the right way, is not it?

Correct. You won't receive winnings for losing units in any week even if The Prick bombs. You need to be positive units, and have more units than The Prick to cash in.

No, points are given to those who don't deposit. You still must have entered a valid DSI acct to before winning to get your SBRpoints.

This is complicated , but I don't want to mess up my eligibility.

1. I joined DSI last year thru the BTP link. I didn't win $ that week and didn't fund my acct.
2. Because they were relentless with the phone calls, I canceled my account in anger. I just tested to make sure last year's username/password did not work. It didn't , but it said to "call customer service".
3. Now I want to start over with them as if I had never before joined. ( I spoke to a CS and was told to request "no calls" after joining and they would honor that).
4. I am concerned that SBR may still have a record of that canceled acct from last year and that it might mess things up when I apply for another acct thru this year's BTP link.

So long as you enter a valid account which belongs to you then no worries.

After creating your DSI account, it doesn't matter if you enroll the account in BTP right away or if you deposit first. If you win prizes for week 1 DSI will verify the deposit.

The lines are live with real sportsbook odds and each line has a vig (or price). So early in the week the over/under on the Giants game could be 44 -110 and later the over could move to 45 +105. So, while the lines are close to -110, its possibly for you to get a slightly doggier line on sides and totals when the book adjusts the price before, or instead of, the spread or total.

DSI is a pain in the ass to deposit at. They wouldn't let me use ewallet until I have a history of depositing with them. Guess they are looking for players that re-up every couple of weeks. Got to drive around to gas stations to find a gift card they will take now.

I can deposit thousands to 5 Dimes and Intertops while sitting on my couch. If anyone has an easy way to send these guys a few hundered pm me. I give up today.

Had the same problem. I tried depositing 5 days ago and still haven't had any success. All its cost me is card fees, gas money, and time to be right back where I started

You're fine, all you need to do is make the one-time deposit prior to the first weekend's games to be prize eligible that week. If you don't make the deposit until week 2 then you'd win SBR Points for week 1.

Why couldn't live help have told me this the 5 times I talked to them? I spent the money on my cards. Should I go out and buy another one and pay more fees just to hope it has a chance of working over the phone? Or will it be more money flushed down the toilet for me? All live help had to do was tell me the above or tell me which cards do and don't work the 1st time I talked to them...or the 2nd, 3rd, etc.

I have a BetCris account which is preventing me from signing up at DSI. According to DSI's "Collections Manager" I am unable to have both a BetCris account and a DSI account.

Does this mean that anyone who has an existing BetCris account is prevented from participating in the BTP costest for $$?

For everyone else that might be having problems depositing online with their card, I suggest definitely calling customer support. I got denied online first and then after a 5-10 minute phone call they were able to make the deposit from my card. Customer support has been very good so far for depositing, we'll see how they do when it comes time for my withdrawals.

Fortunately VC CC worked for me (didn't want to use ** for only $100. Did $100 instead of $50 to get 20% freeplay). I was surprised though when the VC went through though.

You may be able to get another $50 freeplay. It was advertised in their 2010 Football Handbook.
