    NFL SURVIVOR Thread...(Lets Strategize!)
Different people use different approaches when it comes playing Survivor/King of the Hill.

Some people like to take the biggest point spread/best available matchup each week without worrying about the following weeks.

While others look weeks in advance before placing their picks.

Lets put our heads together and see if any of us....or a bunch of us...can kick ass in our survivor pools!

    Lets start with week 1....

What team would you go with?

    Week 1 is tough....

Seriously...even if you go with the biggest spread, its only 7....and its with 3 questionable teams.

Dude, don't remind me!!! Norv Turner cost me at least $4,000.00 last year with his weak-ass gameplan against the Jets in the playoffs.... trying to run LT and a vanilla offense against the Jets.... Had I gone with the Colts that week instead, I'd have made it to the final three and split the 12k pot!!!

As for strategy, there's no angle on success in a survivor pool... You just need to be sharp. And a little lucky. Although if you're in one where you cannot repeat the team you pick, it's tougher. Mine was not like that.

I might just take the Jaguars, assuming Revis does not play no team has over a 70% chance to win week 1, so might as well take a bad team.

I would say the Pats or the Jets if Revis plays have the best chance to win, but you would be wasting teams that will be double digit favorites later on.

Saints arguably have the best chance to win as well but the same thing as the Jets and Pats.

This game will be a toss up. Either team could win

At this point I would go Arizona, preseason changes of Anderson in, Bradford in, Avery injured all favor them tot win.
