I made an inquiry last week about my account and they said a manager would get back to me with an answer by Monday at the latest! I'm still waiting for that response by email!

so I go bust yesterday and they call me looking for more money!

Got home, go on live chat, they give me the #, I call again from OTB, guess what? Yep, wrong # again! WTF??? CS does not know their own fukkin #'s! Got shut out on a race that I wanted to play while being transsferred 3 fukkin times while on hold! Of course that horse won!

Not to mention I had to request my bonus 3 fukkin times on top of other sHit!

RW is pretty good other than the sHit I described! I mean they do pay and they never ripped me off! I'm just disappointing with the recent events with them.
