I have not seen CBB totals there, no. Maybe during March Madness.

There's no one willing to be the market maker; these markets are beyond tiny for all but the biggest games and the risk of line moves and sharps is far greater than the reward of picking up vigs. They do put up totals in March and in big games that they know justify it.
