I'm leaning Android. Apple is all up in your business so HTC or Samsung would be the thing I would go for.
Iphone or android?

#37I like the HTC Evo. If you're big into music, iPhone may be the way to go.Comment -

I think the Iphones music player is better.
I've got about 1,000 songs on my EVO, and still haven't found a perfect mp3 app for it. All of them have there flaws, but they still work.Comment -

#45I'm in the market right now as well. This is a very important point.Originally posted by IrishTimThe new Droid is absurd, and big enough screen that it's not too hard to place bets from.
Leaning towards the Droid and am intrigued by the Droid 2 (pull out keyboard would be better for my poor typing skills).Comment -

#46Somebody should just make a new thread, EVO/Droid vs Iphone, and make a poll, and have it stickied. There is a "what phone should I get" thread every week. Just make 1 thread, and whenever someone makes a new thread, just bump the old one.Comment -

#47Or even better go with Android with 2.2 software which includes Adobe Flash 10.1 and place a bet in seconds at matchbook or 5D and then follow the game on mlb or espn apps OR WATCH THE GAME ON ESPN 360 OR MLB.COM WITH YOUR ADOBE FLASH ON A 4.3" SCREEN.Originally posted by KCNo contest iphone4, it is great fun to pick up the phone and place a bet in seconds at matchbook or 5D then follow the game on the mlb or espn apps.

#49I honestly hated the touchscreen with a passion as soon as I got the EVO.
Used to have blackberry and the keyboard was phenomenal, could type easily without looking at the screen. The touch screen seems to be not as easy, but close now that i've gotten used to it. Everyone knocks on the big 4.3" screen, but I don't care because it's just a bigger webpage, and video. Though it is sorta clumpy when in the pocket, but the phone is still nice, and can put up with it.Comment -

#50Interesting. I'll say this, everything is relative. I'm coming from a Blackberry Curve with a QWERTY keyboard. The Droid 2 keyboard can't be any smaller than that and I know the screen is larger.Originally posted by jbrent95Droid 2 has smaller screen and slide out keyboard is smaller than Droid's on screen keyboard
That said, I've yet to try out the Droid 2 in a store. I'll have to do that before I commit.Comment
