odessa it is the same as pro-line but not called pro-line, its called MOG or MOJ something along those lines same concept and odds as proline or at least it was.

if there are weak numbers today that were also up yesterday you're almost surely out of luck

in quebec they have the same idea but it's called mise-au-jew or whatever. The odds are even worse than Ontario's.

I tried to make a ticket at fukkin 11:20 AM and I got that liability bs
But I have the Steelers on a few tickets and the game is off the board now

they release them about 6am i think, and even if they released before it's not much difference as the terminals only take bets as early as 6am[and harder to find retailers open at that time]. If there are a couple strong plays they will be hammered hard before noon. By 3-4pm you won't be able to bet them.

However, the liability limit does not apply to specific games. It is certain COMBOS. So if you take two premium plays and mix in something else instead of a 3rd sharp play, you can still get the bet down. I often do this with total bases bets, since the Pro-Line Player site that many follow does not (in my opinion) have the odds calculated correctly.
