Have you tried clearing all of your cookies, temp internet files, and your history. That usually does the trick for me.

I see from the stack trace that the page on covers that you are trying to see has been moved or does not exist.

Is this a particular link that you are trying to view?

You say it happens on every site? or just covers? When did this start happening?

Covers was built using the .NET framework. It is a page not found error. You have JIT (Just In Time) debugging setup on your computer since you have the .NET framework isntalled so you get to see a little more of the message.

I have visited the page and have determined that they have done a poor job setting up their DNS. You are most likely puting in covers.com. Instead put in covers.com and you should avoid the error.

Mike, obviously you are not lacking in computer knowledge. We definitely differ in this arena. I have no clue what you mean. This is the message in its entirety.
