In recognition of the SBR live help chat I received yesterday, I would like to give away some points in appreciation.
There was a mix-up in the SBR store last night and the guy on the help chat was helpful. It turns out the mix-up was due to my own brain-damage. Not a big deal, but the the help chat got it sorted out and I think maybe they don't get enough credit for a job well done. (I also remember another dispute I had that was resolved quickly from last year).
So, if you can post a few sentences describing your own experiences (positive or negative) with the live help chat guys I'll give your 20 points per poster (limited to the first 8 reports). Extremely simple responses will not qualify.
