What makes him good? Just cuz he has a good team that wins for him doesn't mean anything. He doesn't know how to manage a real game

gardy's only problem is that he loves veteran players whether they suck or not and seems to play favorites at times despite performance. Also he gives guys too many days off. (mauer morneau ect.)

Way too many days off and he benches like half the starters every Sunday even though they typically have Monday off too...basically forfeits a lot of Sunday games
