How can you have massive debt, be 1 month from living in a shelter, be contemplating suicide, and not be eligible for bankruptcy. (Unless you've filed for bankruptcy in the last 8 years) you are a perfect candidate.

And medical bills are dischargable...the only debts you cant discharge are one you obtained by fraud, school loans, irs debts, child supports, and debts you incured while driving intoxicated.
