I stopped at week 5, was just treading water. Turned focus to hoops.

Balances stabilized and are creeping north.

Seemed easier to win at NFL last season. When it looked like I wasn't gonna be a winner I threw in the towel.

Definitely had some rough stretches, started out pretty good until near midseason and things went downhill from there on out. Finished out this weekend at 4-2, hoping to at least close the season/playoffs out on a good note and hope the ball bounces my way more next year..

How are you doing in basketball?

I'm doing alright. I'm slightly over 56% with a few 2-team parlays in there. I'm going to start tracking my parlays, need to make a few adjustments to my excell sheet.

Through week five NFL I went 7-7-1 for a small loss. I just wasn't feeling it after that.

NFL is by far the toughest pro sport to beat, and I probably SHOULD stop betting it, but who can resist?

My concession has been to bet 2% of BR on NFL, as opposed to 2.5% on everything else.

I have a strictly business approach and for me the very small number of games (read, betting opportunities) comparing to NBA, MLB and NHL makes NFL unworthy researching and, therefore, wagering on.

Well, I bet all sports. But I have a smaller unit size for NFL, NHL and NBA wagering. The only sport I feel comfortable betting heavy on is Euro Soccer, as it's alot easier to predict the outcomes. IMHO, you can't beat Euro soccer for sharp players.
