i know it keeps me from ever going all-in or loading up on a play i really like.

i know it keeps me from betting more than 3% of my BR on any one game.

tryin to say it keeps me conservative in my plays and keeps me in the game long enough to figure it out

It seems from the above that it does help. I would say 98% of the people here are losers. Even the one's that lie about it.
