Made a withdrawl recently and received $20 more than what I requested.
Thought it was pretty nice of them.. Has this ever happened to you?

No, but got $9.95 less for a Mineygram withdrawl. I called the book and it was added back in my balance.

Although it's not exactly along the same lines, I can give a different spin on this.....
Last year I won 2 fairly large bets at Expekt, picking up somewhere in the neighborhood of $2,100. However, upon checking my account balance, I found that not only had the funds been credited to my account, but in fact I had an extra $2,100, as they had credited each win twice.
Figuring that they would, of course, discover this error, I sent them multiple emails to let them know that a mistake had been committed. Foolish perhaps, but I didn't really need the extra funds to be honest, and certainly didn't need the turmoil that no doubt lay ahead for me if I did not bring it to their attention.
Anyway, long story somewhat short, they never responded and in time I actually ended up scalping out the extra 2K. I have always wondered why out of the several times I contacted them over the years that this was the only issue they never responded to, but it's ancient history now.....

Guys,
A week ago I asked a book to transfer some money to my bank account. Then after a few days the book tells me that they did not manage to transfer the money to me, because of incorrect details. They then put the money back into my account. Now so far this would be the typical 100% Ido...
Happened a second time with the same book (Betfair) for an even bigger amount. They always discovered before I would notify them.

Two (or two and half, I don't remember exactly) years ago Sportingbet sent my withdraw twice to Moneybookers (+1500EUR, I kept it. Sorry sportingbet, you cut my limits, I kept your money).

Betfair sent me once 2000 Euro but forgot to substract that money from my account balance. I was honest and told them about that (not because I am a good person but because I still need them in the future...) and they corrected the mistake.
Though I think it's a little bit disappointing that they didn't give me at least a very small bonus for reporting them their mistake.

I once had $500 added to my poker account and could not figure out why.
Then like a month later I visit their promotions page looking for something else and see there was a contest for whoever raked the most Omaha hands each week wins $500 and there was a link to a list of winners and sure enough I had won, never new the contest even existed. Omaha was pretty much all I played online and this was when online poker was still fairly new and it was not very popular.

All of these books have MoneyGram's sent to the same place, in Hallandale, FL. I accidently sent one to WSEX's company code, but intended to send it to 5dimes. I called moneygram and had them re-route it, but WSEX had apparently funded my account. 5dimes funded me there, too. I still don't know who got the actual money gram? I doubt it, but maybe Moneygram got screwed and paid each company.

bet365 processed my withdrawal twice. not sure how much was it but it was around 1500 US$. Did not tell them about it. Stanjames processed a withdrawal twice but I reported it to them as I really liked them back then.
