Is This Really a Sucker Bet???

Hey guys...I just lost my wager on the Giants -1.5.....It is the FOURTH bet in a row that I have lost because my team that I wagered on only won by 1 run!

SO what I am asking is do you think that playing the -1.5 RL is a sucker bet since baseball teams DO NOT CARE if they win by 1 run as long as they WIN!

I have heard from some that they NEVER bet the -1.5 RL because of this! So I was thinking maybe I should always do the -1 RL instead? Or always stick to ML??

What do you guys think and PLEASE give your reasoning!!!! Thanks again

I sometimes put a little money on both. It's tough picking a winning team but not having them cover.

i would suggest not using the -1.5 line. most people don't know how to use it and just get sucked in because the odds look enticing instead of laying -200 for example. look for games around -140 or less and underdogs and don't use the -1.5. this is my opinion to you. good luck!

Whenever I take +1.5 I win, whenever I take +2.5 I lose I don't get it.

alot of people generally play the rl for road teams since they bat in the 9th

personally, i play it if i like the over in the game as well but im a losing sports bettor so take that in consideration
