Yes, that loss last night was their first of the year, so they are losing WAY too many games. Horrible, horrible team.

They are 10-1. Played and beat good competition in Hawaii.

It was a helluva game last night. Pitt hit a 3 pointer with @ 4 seconds left to take a one point lead. Duke had two shots at the buzzer, neither fell.

Don't fret too much about Coach K. He and the Dukies will be OK!

and as LT pointed out, they are running like crazy this year, except last night, well Pitt was running to till last bight. i thought each team would hit the high 70's to mid 80's, instead they both came out and ran half court sets using up the whole shot clock each possession.

You must be watching a different Duke team than me, JJ. You sure you don't mean the old Albuquerque Dukes, Mr. Gold?

Last five full seasons for Krzyzewski and the Blue Devils include a 138-34 record, one Final Four, one Elite Eight, two Sweet 16's and last year's loss in the first round of the tournament. I wish my alma mater could have failed in that manner the last five years.

If by "failures" you mean that they have not won a national championship, you're correct.

But there aren't many college basketball programs that wouldn't sell their souls for the "failures" the Dukies have had to endure the past five years or so.
