I'm from FL, visiting NY on long island near Patchogue. Bored out of my mind, what's there to do around here? Any casinos?

Belmont has daytime horse racing. On NYC/Nassau border. Beautiful track. Yonkers has night time Harness with casino. About 1 1/2 hours away. Might be able to take a ferry to Conn. to get to their casinos. Too far to drive. Always have NYC, can jump on LIRR. GL.
