Great to see so many taking an interest in dancing Salsa! Yay!
So, with regards to framboise and his question.. First of all, the routine above is LA style salsa, i.e. salsa in a line. Its a bit more ball room style, and a bit more elaborate in a show sense than the Cuban salsa. To start off with I would recommend learning Cuban salsa, its a bit easier to get your head around, can be used in more places and all the moves from there can later on be incorporated into LA style if you are keen to keep going..

And this is quite a good video summary of what you would learn in a beginners course in salsa, basic steps, turns, spins etc. There are quite a few videos on YouTube that are good, but nothing really beats going to a class. And if you do you will have the added bonus of meeting lots of ladies there.. For most courses you don't need to bring a partner either.
So do you have a deadline for learning this? Or is it just for fun?
