How do you guys handle losses without loosing you wind.
Tonight was a rough night for me, I knew that this half weeks card was going to be a tough one so I tried to get mentally prepared. The two series I had the most confidence were the Pirates at Padres and Dbacks at Brewers however the Brewers series has been especially tough with the injuries to Hart and Braun and now the Pirates are giving me trouble.
I could go 0-4 tonight and just want to let off some steam. I was just curious how you guys handle nights like tonight? I think I need a 24 hour Gym membership because I think I could work out for hours right now.
