Mulligan Please

As much as we wish it were different the fact is we get one shot at things in life. Sure there are situations where we get an opportunity to repeat something we have done before but the previous situation is already inscribed in the history books.

So knowing that it’s impossible and adjusting our thinking to hypothetical, if life were to present you with a mulligan, what would you choose to do over?

Regardless of how many things you may have messed up in your life for the purpose of this thread you only get one do over.

Kristy Wrasdick would be my do over. My senior year I took a business math class as an elective to complete my requirements. I thought business math was something special but it only sounds special, it’s as remedial as it gets but the class isn’t the story.

There were 2 sophomores in the class that became fast friends throughout the year, Robyn Masters and Kristy Wrasdick, both cute and equally appealing for different reasons. Robyn was the cheerleader and Kristy was her friend and the funnier of the two. I nicknamed Kristy Spaz cause she was such the total ditz but in a funny way not a retarded way.

Anyway the week after graduation Kristy shows up at my house. Now it’s worth noting that I graduated a virgin. So Kristy is at my house and she is acting all weird and stuff. I think I know what’s up but I’m not 100% sure. I mean I had a clue cause she is all close and being all touchy feely and stuff and although she never actually came out and said “take me” I kind of knew it was there for the taking.

Now if this story had a happy ending it wouldn’t be my one hypothetical do over, right? Yeah, no happy ending cause young Wal was scared. All I could do was run through the reasons this was a bad idea in my head. My rooms not clean, moms at work and no-one’s allowed in the house when she’s not home, I’m 18 and Kristy is 16 and I could get in trouble, I want to wait till I get married.

As bad as I failed myself that day I think I did worse damage to poor Kristy. She was such a bright and funny person and as life played out her hand she became not nearly as funny or bright. She had one failed marriage and an abusive now failed second marriage. Maybe it would have worked out like that for her anyways but I can’t help but think that a pretty and bright 16 year old willing to give herself to a fat and fugly 18 year old and gets rejected might have scared her emotionally.

If I could have one mulligan in life I would use it to sex Kristy Wrasdick, not to make me a better person but to make Kristy a better life.

I would have never had a threesome a couple of years ago (really pollutes the mind), done the amount of drugs I have done, and finally....stopped playing baseball/wrestling in college (which was tied to the drugs/threesomes).

if you used real names for the girls, you may want to take a mulligan and edit to just first names or something that can't be anyone's real full name. You (non)kiss and tell story shows up on google.
Knowing how you are such a nice guy, I don't think you want anyone googling you friends' names to get the full story.

I didn't include at the end the disclaimer, while the story you read is true the names have been changed to protect the innocent. The nickname Spaz however is real.
