He grew up just a few miles from me and is actually only 3 years older then me (why is it everyone seems way older then me?). Funny thing is I never heard of him until this show came out or anything about him even as far back as a high school athlete from my area.

His NFL career really seems to be a sidenote to his acting. He certainly looks like a guy you wouldn't want to mess with.

EHC is a great sit-com, I think it has ended, but I love the creativity of Chris Rock, I met his brother ( Tony) at a comedy club a few weeks ago, Tony Rock is funny and entertaining too.
