that kid is a douchebag. I stopped watching the show then came back when all the legal stuff starting going down. I dont see how people could do that to their family, some cold blooded motherfuckers. Unless its all fake, which I would not doubt.

what are the legal issues ? I'm not a huge fan but this looks interesting , any details or links ?

I used to watch the show religiously years ago when it started. I started watching it again off and on last year. I was flipping through the channels and saw SR and he was half the size he was before. He had just got out of the hospital or something so I started watching because he looked sickly.

From what I gathered it seems like a perfect storm hit SR. They had just moved into that new shop and he had got sick or something. Mikey went to rehab and JR wasn't coming in for work, so bikes were not getting made and bills not getting paid. Sr then had to fire some guys to cover overhead. And since JR is already a part owner, Im not exactly sure why he sued but it was for part of the company, that his dad built. Im JR won or they settled, got a lot of money and is now opening his own shop.

so do you know exactly how all this went down? The first episode I started watching again was when JRs lawyers came to the new shop so JR could take "his" stuff.
