I'm wondering ? When I go to a casino I play everything......slots first I lose fast, then I move to black jack, make some money there, poker after, sometimes break even and before I go home I put some cash on 17 black. What do you think.

Blackjack has the lowest house edge, but playing the ATM Machine can be the best choice.

                  1)Poker
                  2)Blackjack
^^Only 2 games in the casino that you can give yourself an advantage.

                  3)Craps
^^Only game in the casino where the house does not have a huge edge over you, craps tables are mainly meant to draw people to the casino. You have no edge in craps and therefore profiting from blackjack is based on luck not skill.

Ive heard of lowering the house edge in blackjack to NEARLY even, but never have I heard of a statistically winning method. What is this winning method? (According to statistics and the Law of big numbers)

If you can't get a seat at a live table, video poker is pretty sweet! I've had good luck on those machines, rather than regular slots. Check them out though, you want the ones that pay the best return and always bet max coins.

Video poker played correctly, combined with whatever incentives the casino is giving out, will give you $101 to $106+ per $100 you wager long term. Best machines to play are certain varieties of Deuces Wild, 9/6 Jacks or Better, and 10/7 Double Bonus. Rare to find them any more, though. . .

Poker and blackjack (until they came in with the constant shuffle machines) you could get an edge up on. Depending on the odds they allow you give a very low edge to the house. However craps is a fast moving game and you can still lose(win) a lot quickly. I have heard of dice setting and advantage craps players, however I have never seen anyone consistently be able to control the dice. If I want to gamble I love craps, nothing beats the excitement generated in a 30 minute or longer roll. I had a 43 minute roll at the bash last year in the nugget.... whole table passed the dice for me to shoot again, never seen that before in my life. Pit boss wouldn't allow it so I left the table.

But for the table games the odds are what the odds are(with exceptions like card counting), you should know the rules variations and impact on the odds. No one should EVER sit at a table game without knowing what the house edge is and know how to play the game perfectly. Also Comps, free plays, match plays etc can turn a slight house edge into a player advantage.
