You can have 200 at any sponsor to be eligible for the pro tourney. SBR has asked Bodog to create this for pro members. Click the "become a pro" under your avatar to upgrade.

Just make a bodog account? You're not required to deposit any money to that account.

Approximately how many people will play this tournament? I'll call Bodog's 800 number and see if they can get my poker software *working* if the player pool is small enough so that it seems worth my time. I've just been using FullTilt for poker because Bodog's software quit working strangly one day, out of nowhere.

Non-PRO's will have to wait until SBR Poker's application is complete in September.

Even then, we will have custom point events that only PRO's can participate in. It makes sense to upgrade to PRO.
