this is not about me...there's been a lot of discussion about the mods and i want to know what people think.

you know what every mod is going to vote, so might as well knock some off of option 1

I have no problem with any of the mods here, for that matter I dont think I have any problems with anyone here.

Thats a classic .

If you look at a few forums that grew but then became a bore there is defintely a common thread; over moderation.

Mods want to do a great job and I think its just natural that at some point over-mod'ing happens.

You need real thick skin to be a great mod. Recently over at the Rx a long time poster called the head mod a "fag" and was promptly banned. The posters are the important ones, not the mods.

I've been on all kinds of crappy forums over the years.

SBR runs things 10 times better than anywhere else.

If you've got a better idea, voice it. Chances are SBR will listen if the idea is worth anything.

FWIW, the mods here are top notch, especially compared to other forums.

I would't change anything here on SBR except to continue to do more of the same, maybe expanding and growing operations whenever and wherever possible.
