One can only bet up to +200 on FP DOG at BP anyway................unless they changed that rule.

There is more than ever for existing players as well. There is more of everything. That big sportsbook promo box on the top right is a "signup bonus" feature. Books getting signups for their ad dollars is what allows us to give you stuff from SBRforum.

If you don't like it, feel free to use any other forum if you can find one that shares with its users.

Here's what doesn't make sense to me, and I wish you guys would talk to your books about it! What if someone has signed up an acct with one of these books for a contest or something but has never deposited???

Your free contests fuk people out of deposit bonuses, offers like this, which in turn hurt the books. What if I had a BP acct never funded but wanted this offer & would send $%0 right now but cant because I signed up for some cheesy contest last year???

Work this out guys, its getting annoying! Loyal posters sign up at all these books for SBR contests & never deposit but when something comes along where they would actually send some money comes along they aren't eligible! I'm getting negative feedback from this from posters & I run into this alot also, it's not right.

good to hear, hope they continue to improve going forward and yes I would have to agree with you that the reward far outweighs the risk with this promo....$50 for $500 is by far worth a shot.

To be straightforward, it's a signup offer box. Promos change. You don't take back things you got at the store two years ago because the price went down. This is funny. He opened an account and never deposited. You instruct him to go to live chat and ask to open another account. They don't care about non funded accounts and will just pop open a new one.

Would you not agree that the posters and the deposits of posters make SBR? I think when people are taking the time to click one of the sponsors at the top of the page and putting their hard earned money into one of them books, they are entitled to their opinion..no posters and no deposits of posters = no SBR..

Billy, let me say this in advance of the Bash:

This world of online gambling is a renegade world. It is totally unregulated and the players have no idea whether a book is coming or going. No forum is perfect. Having said that, SBR and its moderators do a good job of helping players while continuing on with a viable business. And as I'm sure you and Walker know, without helping players, there really is no business or place for the forums and/or watchdog sites. Lou does a good job of trying to help players out with the books when trouble arises.

Is Phoenix an "A" book? Absolutely not. They are new, their customer service is far from flawless and they are nowhere near the level of a Pinnacle or Jamaica or Greek. But it's up to each individual player to assess the risk vs. reward when playing at a book. By introducing offers like the 50/500 from today, it gives the player an opportunity to decide whether or not to give a book a try.

I already have a Phoenix account so I can't take advantage of the offer, but I still appreciate the efforts of SBR in trying to obtain nice offers for SBR posters, whether in the form of reloads or initial deposits.

So let me take this opportunity to thank you and the SBR staff for putting these offers together, for running this forum, and for putting on the Bash. I appreciate it.
