Your arm size had DOUBLED in 6 years, whatever you are doing is working.
I'm guessing injections and your door pull-up bar are the two biggest reasons.

I have a french press, and it makes a much better cup of coffee than a normal drip coffeemaker. I also use it for making coca tea

te de coca is awesome, it's too bad that you can't buy the leaves in the states. it doesn't give you the buzz that yayo does, it's like this subtle kind of energy that is way better than coffee - doesn't get you jittery or anything.

Yes, I'm drinking a cup of coffee right now from my french press. I prefer the natural coffee taste over drip coffee or espresso, and I grind my coffee every morning. The grinding takes 30 seconds while the water is heating in the microwave.
Unless you a big coffee drinker, I recommend a smaller one. I also recommend getting a french press that is dishwasher safe. Most are.

I have one and don't use it. You get grains in your coffee and you still have to find a way to get your water hot.
