Over the past 5 years I've probally open and sent money using my bank acc and routing number to probally 10 different casions. What's stoping them from taking money out of my bank account without permission (without making a deposit)?

I've never deposited by instant deposit, but they (the honest ones) probably won't for the same reason they won't charge your credit cards (without your permission). Because of chargebacks. And in the case of instant deposit, I'm sure if you told your bank you didn't authorize them, they would give you your money back and investigate the issue.
Of course, the dishonest books/casinos try everything and more. Thats whats great about this site, trying to keep them honest.
