#1 Niagara falls
Great hotels (hilton cheap with casino discount $69 a night), casino nearby, 2 of Ontario's best strip clubs $10 taxi from the casino. Best place to count cards for a blackjack counter in the country.

#2 Montreal
Casino and downtown area very close, Younger crowd downtown for nightlife, strip clubs are out of this world (if they are the same as 5 years ago) Biggest downside stupid ******* french speaking Canadians, You can't count cards in the casino they have horrible penetration in there 21 games.

It used to be the city of Etobicoke before Mike Harris amalgamated 4 cities and 1 borough into the mega city. It is by the airport which is in Malton (city of Mississauga). Nothing is there unless you like cracked out black dudes.
