Everyone here has to have seen this on the 20 or so jewelry shopping channels you have on satellite when surfing.Just listening to the hosts is a signal that these places aren't kosher.In rapid fire haste they put these gemstones of variable kinds,quality and price up for sale.No one at home watching can prepare for what gem stone will be sold next.So out pops a ruby they say is appraised at 50k for sale.They say,we have dropped it down to 30k.I don't care what kind of hi def you have,you can't see if there are inclusions in the stones.Appraisals mean nothing and are inflated 3x at least.So what type of person decides on the spur of a moment to pay 30k for a gemstone sight unseen?Rich people that are self made are usually smart and won't buy them.Is it people like Columbian drug dealers in the process of getting a hummer from their bee -atch where the tv is on in the background that buy these to make her happy?It's about the only demographic of possible buyers I can come up with.Mike Tyson 1992?** Hammer 1990?Crazy stuff.Does anyone ever find humor in thinking about this kind of stuff besides me????
