I purchased their 14 days free trial but totally forgot to cancel my membership after that period of time.

Now, i see they charged me $96,96.

tons of places do this, news sites, porn sites etc.

your gonna have to call you credit card to cancel and clear this shit up.... most likely there gonna cancel you card and give you a knew one because odds are the site is gonna continue to charge you even after you "cancel"

if i cancel my bank account, will binverse.com be able to charge me again?

the thing that worries me is that binverse.com has my personal details. (my home address details)

They will probably send someone to your house if you try, and cancel your cards.

not really a scam framby. tons of sites do this and it seems to be a common business practice. I never take the free trials for that reason alone.

Doesnt sound like they scammed you at all. You forgot to cancel the subsription so they automatically renewed it for your convenience.

Just go to your bank and close that account and open another one and they at least wont be able to charge you again

You are advertising nicely for the site though with this thread. I had never heard of this site of course, but now i looked at the site and it doesnt seem that bad.

Well at least you have a whole year of the service now

Contact binverse.com tell them you cancelled even though you never did, if they wont credit it back to your credit card, call your cc company and tell them they automatically renewed the membership without your consent. They will reimburse the charge for you. Must do it within 48 hours of getting chraged and you should be able to 100% get a refund. gl

                          playersonly69,

you are right, binverse did not scam me. I am the one who's at fault. I should have paid more attention when i read the contract.

"The 14-day trial is absolutely FREE!
After the 14-day trial your contract will be automatically renewed into one of the following plans. If you do not want to renew your contract you can cancel at any time during the 14 day trial period and you will not be charged."

I cannot close my bank account as it is reliated to my job. (My paycheck goes directly to my bank account)
Otherwise, i would have closed my bank account.

I finally paid them. I didn't want to but i thought of the consequences for not paying them and was too scared of what could have happened.

Now that my payment is paid and that my binverse account is closed, i beleive i should not have any more problems with them.

I hope binverse is a honest company because they have my bank account details. Even through my bank will not accept anymore transaction from them, i am afraid to see other payments from binverse into my bank account.
