I have always thought that it was highly improbable that Armstrong could be successful as he was as the only clean cyclist in a sport that is so dirty.

The point is Lance has denied long and loud for years that he is clean. If it's proven that he isn't/wasn't, his image of the squeaky-clean cancer survivor will be shot! And all he can hope for is to avoid jail time...
