Why do all white people in the south dress the same?

Something I noticed when I was visiting a while back... all the white people were wearing khaki shorts or khaki pants and polo shirts. It did not matter how fat or skinny they were either, they all dressed the same. Is it like this all over the south or only in South Carolina where I was visiting?

Why do all white people in the south dress the same?

It gives the Yankees something to ponder while they're visiting our backward country. Also easier to hide our pistols in loose-fitting khaki shorts as opposed to tight jeans.

I was at the construction site today and none of the people I met there where wearing saggy jeans.

It's the same at all the southern universities....hasn't changed much over the years. Khaki shorts from the Bike shop...dark shades hung around the neck...boat shoes in the summer...Clarks in the winter...and the Polo or Chaps is a must...and lets not forget the hair! Looking back on it it's still funny as hell....but loved every minute of it!

was at a golf outing a couple of weeks ago in memphis and before play my buddy and I were sitting on balcony overlooking putting green have a bloody mary. he shit looks like everyone has a uniform on as 85 % of people were wearing khaki shorts and white polo shirts. must have been around 80 people around.

I had on the same thing as if you play in 100 degrees and 100% humidity try wearing a black shirt and pants, you cannot even touch them they are so hot.
