Here's my take, as I have done business with these guys for a long time. The checks are hit or miss as far as time. I'd say total I've gotten like 8. 5 I received within I'd say about 1 week. The other 3 got held up for about a month, with original tracking #'s that didn't work, supposed problems with the payout processor, the usual stuff u see on here. They will pay you, just in my experience about a 30% chance it will take about a month.

Karma will get you and when you have a check of 2400 just sitting in limbo for months you wouldn't not like it when someone writes that they don't care about you. Anyways there is no way this place or sportsbook.com has any real gamblers. They only allow up to 2500 in withdrawals. They limit you 500 to 1000 a game and if you win they shut you off completely its not for players its for guys playing for 50 or 100 a game. 5 digit withdrawals aren't allowed and they charge you 50 dollars for every withdrawal. I'm sorry but if 1 person doesn't get paid everyone should care because in time that person will be you.

I guess I join the long list of people getting frustrated with the withdrawal process. I have had similar experiences with others: being told I will receive the cheque within a week and then next week told the same thing, given tracking number that is not active, told cheque was sent via DHL when it was actually FedEx, etc. Here are my results so far:

Withdrawal date -- Arrival Date

March 6 ------------ April 2
March 12 ---------- May 5
April 6 -------------- May 9
May 21 ------------- still pending, not even processed yet
the rest... ---------- won't be staying up late for them

1500 withdrawal processed on 5/29. My check came today. Dont know what to tell you guys. My checks are coming very quickly though

iggles. thank you for sharing. i think most of the people (with some exceptions) are waiting for checks from around April 1st (mine specifically from 31st). we have received checks since then but we seem to be getting the run around with those specific batch of checks. we are aware that checks since them have been received.

However, the check I request was right before that switch. I was told via the new processor that they started taking full orders or w/e around or near April 6th. Which explains why people have received checks so quickly since then.

Update: I emailed support back and mentioned I have been reading this forum and other people have been getting their payments fairly quickly in the past few weeks. A few minutes later, I got an email saying the payment has been processed. This is awesome

Now we see when the cheque actually shows up

My May 21st one finally got processed today, after bugging them several times and got the run around till I mentioned this forum. The other two, no words yet. I will update when the first cheque is actually received, but my recent experience would be 2-3 weeks from now.

while i am glad that the processors problems have seemingly been 'fixed' there is something GROSSLY wrong with the sportsbook. It almost seems to make it more heinous that the batch of checks around April 1st is taking 2 months when clearly the new processor can push them out in under a week.

Even if sportsbook has to "eat" the money (albeit temporarily until THEY receive the funds back from processor) they should do it. Especially since it is no fault of the customer with these withdrawal delays. We as a customer pay $40 dollars for every transaction after the first one to the book. This cost (which I think is a borderline rape of a charge) should ENTIRELY cover any problems/delays. I eat the 40 dollars 2 or 3 times per month thinking "well at least I know I'm secure in getting my money back".

I'm still sure I'm getting my money back -- (the book has to love me because I use my poker winnings and make stupid 3-5 team parlays almost nightly) but just because you aren't having problems now does not mean the sportsbook is perfect.

I dont know what to tell you. I find it strange thatone person gets a check within three days and another does not. I dont know if the fact that I am a VIP customer with them makes a difference. It shouldnt but i dont know. Mayne the SBR staff can get more info on this but I hope everyone get their checks soon

Dude its been a month for me now, and i still havent recieved anything. i called them several times never getting a straight answer just that " we will email this to the withdraw dept" Dang it, i dont even think if there is a such thing. But im just keeping my fingers crossed in hopes i didnt get suckered. If i get paid i will stick with this site. So far i havent so i dont recommend it to anyone. I will update if i do get paid. I emailed someone at SBR to help with this situation. But even he doesnt respond back to my emails to. What the hell is up with this. Anybody know if a guy from Josh from SBR is legit?

Just received my cheque for my May 21st withdrawal via FedEx today Funny I am so excited for receiving my money in 2 1/2 weeks, I still remember getting a bit worried when I don't get my payment from them to Neteller in 24 hours.

It was processed on June 4th and I receive dmy check today June 7th. It should know that they have definitely got there act together and I will continue to use them

I can confirm that I've been receiving checks in record time. It now takes less than a week to request and receive a withdrawl from this company. However, I strongly recommend not leaving your life savings in their hands.

Sportsbetting.com runs on the Jazette (Sportsbook.com) platform. If Jaz wanted to they could deactivate Sportsbetting.com's key overnight and Sportsbetting would need to link up to a new platform or their software and servers. Sportsbetting.com, the URL, is owned and controled by their own company which they may call Buronomic.

I should add that Sportsbetting.com uses their own third party accounting service and Sportsbook.com doesn't have to settle with them. The rest of the licensees use their CS and accounting as well.
