SBR/Firefox issue - Can someone help?
Every day I have to delete my SBR cookies in order to see certain threads. Is there a way I can prevent this from happening? Some sort of option or whatever that I can click? It's driving me nuts.

Yeah, I just updated Firefox late last week again. This has been happening for months now.

When I click on a thread, it'll look like it's starting to load the page but then nothing happens. It just kind of hangs and then stays on the front page. After I delete all of the cookies and log back in, I can view the thread.

It happened on my MacBook also so I know it's not a problem with the computer I'm on. It just seems odd that I have to do it every single day without fail. And it's not like I have a lot of cookies on my computer because when I'm deleting the SBR ones, I just go ahead and delete all of the others that I don't need as well.

I do not think it is a firefox issue

If I ever have an issue with sbr it usually is on their end or something with my Internet service that usually clears up on its own.

                    Do you try Safari??

Ah, I'm glad it's not just me then. From the other responses in here I thought I was losing my mind.

And yeah, it's almost always a PT thread or for some reason one started by an SBR staff member ie a contest, site update, whatever. It drives me nuts!

I just tried that so maybe it'll work. I've already cleared my SBR cookies for today because it hung again but maybe this will help for tomorrow. What a pain in the butt - I've never had this happen on another site before this one.

Never had this problem using FF. Sometimes a page will only load halfway through, but reloading the page always works when that happens.

Same thing happened to me a couple of months back. I think there was a bad banner causing the problem. The guys will get on it and clear it up.

I've literally dealt with this for months - today I finally thought to ask the question.

And you told me to try Safari, you nutter. I'm just selfishly glad to see that the problem wasn't on my end.

I never experienced that problem. Shari, try to re-install FF. First unistall the the current version and then install the newest one
